I had an issue with my electric stove right before Christmas. When contacting the company where I had bought the stove, I was told that my issue sounded like an electrical problem. Don’t know if it was due to Christmas but I really appreciated Shane’s quick response. He quickly identified the problem and contacted the repair company to report the issue.
